I have a 2002 Honda civic ex, automatic with 3 problems 1st when starting my car, oil leak and I couldn't find the area. 2nd : when car starts antifreeze should travel, l leave the cap open and start the car, antifreeze should travel, however doesn't seem like moving. The damn thing I ordered a year ago, and I feel stupid because I didn't pay attention.

No, coolant should not be flowing through the radiator when you start your car. Only after it reaches operating temperature.
