Honda Odyssey 2002
The TCS and Engine lights came on. Code reader displayed the only code detected "P0740". After I drove the car 100 miles, there was a smell different than heated motor oil smell and it would not accelerate. I exited the freeway and stopped the car on the road side. There was clear smoke (might be steam)coming out from under the car and there were signs of fluid dripping onto the ground.
The car was towed to my home. I would like to try DIY if it is possible before having it towed to a shop. Your advice woukld be greatly appreciated!
