Hey Scotty, I just bought a 2019 Honda Civic with 1.5T engine that has 2k miles on it. I have been reading about oil dilution in cold climates. We have very cold winters here in Minnesota. Is it better to start the car and let it warm up for 10 minutes or is it better to start the car and drive it carefully unitl it warms up? Does letting the car idle cause more oil dilution in the cold? Thanks 🙂

It is better to start it and drive it.
Oil dilution will be increased if you start it and let it idle for an extended period.
