Im looking to buy a new diesel car. Think about Honda CRV/Accord or Toyota RAV4 or Avensis 2009-2012 years. (avg mileage 100k+)
What kind of problems i need to be aware specific to this cars? Which is better in general?

The Hondas have relatively weak automatic transmissions compared to the Toyotas, however, they should still be running good with the mileage you’re looking at.
Also, stay away from the Honda earth dreams turbo petrol engines as the early ones have had oil dilution problems.

Well as im looking for diesel one, it wont be a problem.
Im actually trying to find RAV4 but its hard here, theres only manual or gasoline here.
