Hello,

Im currently searching for Honda Accord (sold as Acura TSX 2nd gen in US) here in Europe, cause here its almost like a gem to find it in 2.4 with manual in a good shape, but i have discovered that its engine - K24Z3 supposed to have some issues with oil control rings, which could clog up easily or something like that. Should I be afraid of that, even if i manage to find a car in overall good shape ? Thanks.

Well you'd want to have the compression tested by the mechanic before you buy the vehicle and look at the spark plugs to see if they're filed with burning oil if it's okay they can be excellent engines just make sure you change the oil every four or 5,000 miles
