Hi, I have a 2012 Nissan Versa that has 94404 miles, I had a friend install a new hood release and then found out that it was a hood release cable that didn't work. So my Pastor introduced me to a mechanic and has been working ( brakes oil changes and rotors) on my car. I want him to repair my washers(fluid not coming out) front brakes and cable release and air condenser( which he was asked to do last yr, and now says because it wasn't done earlier it probably will cost more to repair. long story short I asked for a detail price sheet plus labor because I want this to done and completed before summer, he said it would run about $2000. with out the labor. What do you think {black}
If by "air condenser" you mean the AC condenser, well yes, that's going to cost a bit. Look at these YouTube videos to see how it's done:
If you're a bit handy, you should be able to do the brakes by yourself. There are plenty of YouTube tutorials on that.
Ditto, for the washer issues:

The other thing is that it's a 9 year old Versa. There are known CVT problems with the Versa. (That's expensive). Perhaps it's time to sell and move on.
