2002 v6 Toyota Highlander, 212,000 miles, battery died then it won't recognize chip keys anymore. How else can I reset the security immobilizer besides jumping the 2 obdii pins 4 and 13 for a half hour, or letting it sit with the battery disconnected for a day?

It's already reset. I think you want the computer to "learn" your keys. A dealer or locksmith may be the only ones who can help you with that.
