Please do canister purge valve start working when the engine run for some time and start getting hot.
Or immediately you turn on your car then the canister purge valve start working.
Am asking because my car indicate a canister error code. But I text the terminal with 12v it make a clicking noise showing it pen and close.

The computer gets and depending on the temperature outside the barometric pressure and all kinds of other things it can operate at various times. It's so complex. You can't just analyze it by sound and gassing on whether it should be on or off. You'd need a fancy scan tool to analyze all that data
