How do I change a belt on a 1990 Toyota pickup?

How do I change a belt (I think there is only one belt on this truck) on a 1990 toyota pickup 183,000 miles, manual transmission, no a/c, no power steering, rear wheel drive?

The belt squeaks loudly when I turn over the engine. Also, today I tried moving a 20 foot Douglas fir tree tied to the bumper and the belt started smelling.

Thank you

It's really easy. The alternator has two bolts you losing them and then it swings up and down and some of them have a bolt that tightens and loosens the alternator by turning it. Once you loosen the two swing bolts it's a screw and it screws it up and down to pull the alternator up or down.
