How do I reset the navigation/entertainment system on a 2014 Lexus is350?

So I had my car shipped to California, and noticed the battery wasn’t charged enough to start the car, and I tried jump starting it, and like an idiot I put the cables on the wrong terminals. After I put them on the right terminals, and started up the car, the system was working fine. The car was still having problems starting every time, so I had to jump it every time. I switched the battery out, and it stopped having the problem of starting up every time, but now the navigation system seems to reboot itself every 30 seconds to 2 minutes. It gets fully established then resets itself. I’m not sure exactly what happened, but I checked the voltage and everything and it all seems normal. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Or any solutions on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

I think the computer for the navigation system is ruined. You are lucky that the whole computer of the car is still functioning after you did the wrong jump start.

So even with the fact that the radio was working fine after that happened, and it stopped working once I switched the battery, the computer for the navigation system is fried?

It is possible. Take the car to a dealer and seen what they say.

I did see this, I am hoping it is just a simple fix they can do at the dealership. Mine lasts for about 2minutes with playing music and everything before the whole system resets. I’ll try going to the dealership and seeing what needs to be done.

Yeah the radio is shot, they said I need to replace the radio, if anyone has suggestions on aftermarket OEM stereos, please let me know. They quoted 1800 to replace it

@Drewhasdirtyham You may want to post this as a new thread to get visibility and answers. Also, can you go to an independent mechanic who works on Japanese vehicles and see what their quote is?  it should be better than $1,800.
