Hello! I have a 2014 honda ridgeline RTL. I normally drive highway miles to and from work on the highway and on weekends will drive a kayak or fishing gear. I do not offroad. This is my first truck
I noticed my tires are a bit worn and some dry rot I think its called. How do I know what kind of tires to purchase? I know I have 18 inch rims but the H-T-S ratings the mm spacing is confusing.
Does it matter what kind of tire I buy? Thanks in advance!

the sticker in your door jamb should specify the type of tire you need. The size and load ratings. That's pretty much all you need.
you should buy tires according to the climate you live. Since you do all on-pavement driving, you probably want a smooth, quiet and comfortable tire. Since they rot so quickly, maybe you don't want to spend too much.
