I bought a used 05 Buick LeSabre custom with 94k miles and auto transmission and the body is in decent shape just to commute back and forth to work. It was driven mainly by an older lady. I paid $2700.00. Do you think this was a good deal and how many miles do you think I could squeeze out of this Buick if properly maintained?

You'll find out if it was a good deal. Nobody really knows how long it will last.
Set a realistic limit for annual upkeep that you're able to swallow, and stick to it.
As soon as it starts costing too much then start looking for a replacement that won't suck you dry.
It's hard to go too far wrong at that price in this market if it's overall in good condition and runs well. Those are not the most reliable cars in the world but not as bad as current GM. It could last several more years or it could crater tomorrow depending on how it's been maintained over the last 16 years and how you treat it from this day forward.
