If you have to ask ‘how much does it cost to fix?’, you’re probably better off with a regular Toyota or Honda.. 

No judgement, it’s just a fact. It’s the same way with German cars..

Maintenance is similar.

Repairs/parts replacement is considerably more on the premium brands, as you would expect.

Well they're all well made cars and when they don't break down it doesn't cost much but when they age 150,000 miles or more of course the Acura is in Lexus cost tons more to fix the parts can sometimes cost 5 to 10 times as much

Maintain?

My Lexus GX470 costs the same to maintain as say a 4x4 sequoia. Same engine and tranny, and a lot of other parts.

Like Scotty said, some things cost a lot more as they get older and stuff starts breaking, like my air suspension, it is going to be worse than a sequoia. If the fancy mark levinson radio and amp go out, it will cost more. Thankfully I do a lot of my own work, so it is way cheaper. It also costs more to maintain if I were to actually go to a Lexus dealership for work, rather than going to Toyota. That ain't happening either though.
