Depends on the driving conditions. If you do stop and go traffic all week and do short trips, you better go highway driving every week or so. You can drive on highway or use low gear while driving in a city. Do not rev up while in park.

Its always good to "stretch" your car every so often on the highway, not in the driveway. Be careful and watch for the smokeys!
