I have a 1964 corvette with a plastic radiator overflow tank. The tank has yellowed over the years and I would like to know how to clean and restore it back to its original white, if possible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It may not be possible. The plastic is just old and probably degraded. If it's hardened and brittle, then it might be a good idea to leave it alone before making it worse.
IMO, The best way would be to find an aftermarket replacement.
