I have installed a Car Android Radio in my car. As I have a power antenna, it annoys me that the power antenna goes up every time I turn the key to Ignition. Even though I don't want to listen to FM radio at all. I'd like to keep my power antenna for occasional use when I do listen to FM radio. Is there an option or an app that allows me to control this? Or is installing a switch somewhere to stop this the only solution?

if you find an electrical schematic, you might be able to wire in a manual switch.

The antenna itself most likely has an electrical connector that can be unplugged if you can get to it.
