Can’t tell the make of the car, … but I don’t think you can fix it. Some manufacturers make trim parts not reusable. These parts snap in one way and hold in place, … and if you have to remove them, … or they come undone somehow otherwise, … holding tabs get, distorted, destroyed, or brake off completely. You can only replace them with new ones. I think that is a case in your picture, …
