I have 2003 acura rsx 2 liter vtec engine with 278000 km original engine and automatic transmission. I have a evpav code emission code P01457 Leak near canister area. I did a leak test and found no visible leak. I changed the following parts:
- new gas cap
- new purge valve
- new vapour canister
- new shutoff valve located on the canister
however, no luck engine light trips the same code 1 for pending and 1 for stored.
the only part i have not changed is the two way bypass valve that can go bad.
all hoses looks good no crack and no issue with loss of flue consumption.

Is that the correct code?
I would change the two way bypass valve and see if that makes a difference, if not then I’m stumped and so are you. Would need to take it to a mechanic like Scotty to figure out what is going on.
