I drive a 2015 Chevy Sonic with 1.4L Turbo with roughly 77K miles. I spend a lot of time waiting for clients and to survive the summer I gotta run the A/C while I wait. Because of this my engine spends long periods of time just in idle. What sorts of things should I be doing to best maintain the engine and avoid too much stress on it? Thanks!

If it were me, I would change my oil, filter and PCV valve more frequently than required and give it the Italian Tune Up at least weekly.
