Is it safe to buy 6 bottles or so. suck out the fluid in the reservoir, put new one, drive around keep doing it for few weeks till it looks like new?

I read online it can get air in the system, so is there another way? and does this also apply for brake fluid? i dont have tools to remove tire and bleed them. i just want to remove from reservoir and repeat till clean

2010 honda accord 4cyl auto 70k miles

Those systems are completely different.

Power steering has a pump. The fluid gets cycled so yes you could do it that way. Air will bubble out by itself (after you turn the wheel back and forth many times).

Brakes don't have a pump (not counting ABS). They must be bled. You don't need fancy tools just $2 of aquarium air line and an old spaghetti jar.

ah okay how many times should I drain and fill to make it new? i already did my auto trans 3 times +new filter

once. Unless you have some major issues or it looks very dirty.
3x is probably overkill for 70k
