How do I recharge AC refrigerant

“WHEN ADDING OR RECHARGING WITH R-12 AND THE 30 # CANISTER IS NEAR EMPTY, IS IT OK TO INVERT THE CANISTER TO SPEED THE AC INTAKE OF FREON??”

I don't recommend inverting the can. Let it sit for a bit and warm up, then go back to it.
