Subject: 2018 Hyundai Accent Bought Brand New From Nalley Hyundai Dealership in Lithonia, Georgia that has a defective engine: that burns oil internally. 

First off Hyundai was sued in a class action lawsuit for car engines: that burn oil internally: so the owners have to put oil in the car every other day; because the oil burns in the engine internally with no leaking on the ground. In the lawsuit Hyundai was ordered to pay over $210 million dollars out to correct the defective engines. Hyundai agreed to the settlement & assured everyone that the Hyundai Accent model did not have this defective engine. Enter my car several weeks ago: I checked my oil & notice that it was empty. Nalley Hyundai recommended over $1500 in preventative maintenence. I got the preventative maintennece issues done & paid the $1500. Several weeks later I checked my oil again & it was empty. I was pissed off: so I took my car Firestone they reconnended $360 worth of emission related repairs. I paid the $360 & got the repairs done. Several weeks later the check engine light came on again. I went back to Nalley Hyundai were I was finally told by the service manager that "Some Hyundai cars have defective engines that burn oil internally: & there is no oil leaking on the ground. Hyundai did go to court & say Hyundai Accents have this problem: but unfortunately I have found out that some do. Your car unfortunately is one of the few Hyundai Accents that had a defective engine: that burns oil internally. Nalley Hyundai has to do an oil consumption test before we can order you a new engine. That involves you getting a fresh oil change & driving the car & bringing it back with no oil in the engine. Nalley Hyundai of Lithonia, GA will then make a note of the low oil in the engine. We fill the oil up at your expense. Then you have to drive the car a second time & bring it back when there is no oil in the engine. Nalley Hyundai of Lithonia, Ga will then call Hyundia Corporate & open up a case to order a new engine. If Hyundai Corporate approves your engine: it will them take up to a year to put the new engine in: because every Hyundai Repair shop in Georgia is backed up with a year worth of repairs to fix this oil consumption problem & put new engines in many cars. Your new engine will have a year warranty & there is no guaranty: that Hyundai has fixed the defect in the engines: so there is no guaranty that this problem will not re-occur in the future." After hearing this I was mad as hell. I called Hyundai Corporate myself: they opened up a case for me & called Nalley Hyundai of Lithonia, Ga & said all they needed was an authorization from the dealership to order my engine. Nalley Hyundai refused to order my engine & said they had to follow the guidelines & give my car a fresh oil change: & have me come back twice with no oil in my car. I already had an oil change: & I am not due to get another oil change. Since then I brought my car back twice with no oil in the engine. Nalley Hyundai said the check engine light was coming on because I needed a new gas cap for $41.00. So I bought the new gas cap & Nalley Hyundai of Lithonia, GA did fill my engine up with oil for free one time. I feel that the Attorney General of the USA should order all Hyundai Dealerships in the USA to cease & desist from selling all cars until they can figure our what is causing the oil consumption problem in all engines & permanently repair & fix the oil consumption problem for good. I have called several attorneys to try & find soneone to take my case: so I can sue Nalley Hyundai of Lithonia, GA for selling me a car with Defective engine: when they were aware of the oil consumption problem & also sue Hyundai corporate for continueing to manufacture & distribute cars with defective engines in them even after Hyundai Corporate was sued in a class action lawsuit & ordered to pay over $210 million dollars to correct the dwfective engines. I need help. Also Hyundai Corporate was also sued because not only do their cars have defective engines that burn oil internally: their cars are also easy to break into & steal. Hyundai Corporate has done nothing to repair either of these issues: they should be ordered by the USA governmenrt to immediately stop manufacturing & distributing cars until BOTH THESE ISSUES ARE PERMANENTLY FIXED.
