Scotty:  I have been watching you for about a year now.  I enjoy your Stright forward format.

I was a factory rep for the big auto parts company that has its middle name the same. For almost 30 years selling brake and chassis parts.  So, I have been around the block.

My questions are about my 2 cars.  a 2014 SantaFe 2.4 engine with 72K miles and the Palisade 2020 with 22K.   To date I have had very little issues.  The SantaFe did have a broken air conditioner line early on.

I have seen your posts on the Hyundai's.  There have been several recalls and I have had the services done as needed.  The SantaFe is now going on 11 years old.  It has been a good car for my wife and I but I will admit that you have me a little worried about the future.  I bought the Palisade in August of 2019.  Since it was a brand-new car design, I also bought the 10 Warranty program which normally I wouldn't do.

Should I consider selling while everything is going smooth?

I must say I have been very happy with both cars.  The designs are good the room is great, and the features have been excellent.

I get better than sticker fuel mileage on both cars, but I will admit I don't push it.  Since I retired paying for my own gas has taught me that being easy on the gas and brake is much cheaper.

Look forward to your thoughts on this.
