I am looking to purchase a 2008 lexusRx350(like new) with 49500+miles@$14600, good deal? or 2008 with 12000miles for $12000? Thank You!

The most important thing is to make sure the mileage is real. The 12k one seems like you would want to look into the mileage. $14,600 is way overpriced for average mileage (which I would not pay more than 6 7 grand for) so I would not pay more than 11 12 grand with the low mileage. Also, remember to have a mechanic check it out before purchase to make sure it is in good shape. The model itself is excellent but since they can last so long you could be better off getting one with higher mileage (100-150k miles) in excellent condition and still get a lot of life out of it without paying the mileage premium.
