I I have a 1994 Cadillac DeVille when you start the vehicle the AC unit is stuck on 70 I have to turn it down to 60 and when I step on the gas the AC goes out but I let my foot off the gas it comes back on

You have some type of vacuum like that's causing the system to fail when power is on and vacuum is used by the engine but then it comes back so check for vacuum leaks first
