I have a 2003 Chevy trailblazer, is it safe for me to drive my can with a bad oil pressure switch?

It's OK if only the oil pressure sensor is bad and you know there's oil pressure. I would replace it at your next oil change though. They're cheap and it's easy to do.

if you don't fix it you won't know you have a problem until your engine self-destructs.
