I add it and it doesn’t leak for a couple days and then it starts leaking. What can it be ?

Find out where it’s leaking from using the technique below: check low hanging fruit items like your radiator, the radiator hoses, the water pump.

You're dealing with an 18-year old car, it can be a lot of things. Pressure test the cooling system, maybe add some UV dye to help look for leaks. If no leaks can be found test your head gasket.
