I have a 2007 Toyota Avalon limited 3.5 L 2GR-FE engine.. 181477 miles, automatic transmission. My car has started overheating.. please tell me the correct way to refill and bleed my coolant system
I accidentally left the radiator cap off drove to work about 10 minutes down the road and back when I noticed my AC wasn’t working as well then I noticed my VSC stability control light was on my check. Engine light was on and my temperature was packed all the way, but by this time I was already on my road, so I pulled into the driveway and turned it off. I refilled the system and thought that I bled it well from the video that I watched, but it’s still overheating. I don’t know what to do.
How do you know that the overheating is due to the cooling system needing to be bled? You could well have blown a head gasket due to the initial overheating incident, or there could be other problems in a nearly 20-year-old vehicle with relatively high mileage.

You should pressure test the cooling system
I never had problems with overheating until I left the radiator.
The initial overheating incident that the missing cap caused may have done damage responsible for your current overheating. If the cooling system has been properly bled and you are still overheating then there are other problems that require troubleshooting.

You stated you already did that, following instructions found in an unnamed video. What video were you following and what exactly did you do?

Once you have followed the advice from Chuck and Joe, and if you are ready to refill your coolant, follow this procedure from Car Care Nut. The 2GR-FE is harder to refill and bleed than a lot of engines.

I never had problems with overheating until I left the radiator. Cap off incident happened.. I lost all of my fluid so I had to refill the entire radiator and when you do a flush and fill, doesn’t it need to be bled/burped
