I have a 2009 dodge charger 3.5 V6 would I be able to spray starter fluid in carb and have the motor turn over if timing belt was broken?
Thank you for your thoughts on this

1. A 2009 Charger does not have a carb. (A 1971 Charger would.)
2. An engine with a broken timing belt won't fire up with starting fluid any more than it would with gasoline.

you can't do anything without a timing belt
