I got it scanned with computer and the code it gives is 32-01 ABS Right Front Outlet Solenoid Valve Malfunction and 32-22 ABS Right Front Outlet Solenoid Valve Malfunction.
Is this just as simple as a sensor? My worry is so many small garages don't know what they are doing and Honda Specialists are way too busy. A Honda dealer though could really rip me off so I would rather get the parts and get the garage to sort it.

Well you need somebody with a good Honda ABS system scanner. For my experience though, it's usually a problem in the ABS modulator itself which is super expensive and really is not repairable. You got to replace the whole stupid thing when I go bad most of the time
