I have a 2012 Buick Enclave, The battery died so i had to have it jumped. My friend crossed the cables hot Took the bad battery got a new one. Drove home home but dash continues to read Service Battery Charging System, and also gauge reading rnd 1...

applying reverse voltage can do a lot of electronic damage.
I would start by checking all the fuses. Then run a diagnostic scan.
