I have a 2002 Camry 2.4L with 167,000 miles and just today my AC stopped blowing cold for just a minute, and then it starting cooling again.
I tried turning the compressor clutch manually with the engine off and it feels hard to move. Also, when the AC was working, I noticed only one of the fans were spinning while idling.
What other DIY tests can I do and what could be the issue? Thanks!

It sounds like it may just have a freon leak and need a recharge. Here is how to test for leaks:

Both fans should work when the AC is on. You may need to change the fans.
