Coolant gets into to spark plugs on the driver side.
Is it the Intake manifold or the head gasket? A lot of smoke comes out of the right pipe but not the left.
Also it won’t get over 40mph when driving. It only turns on when I hook jumper cables and if I unhook them the car stays on.
But if I attempt turn the car back on, it won’t crank and it makes this clicking noice in the engine for a little while then goes away.
It feels like so many problems.

If it's the head gasket coolant will get onto the part of the plug inside the engine.
@chucktobias it gets in some of the spark plugs on holes especially number 7 on the driver side. I thought it would be oil if it was the head gasket. It’s also not overheating.
@chucktobias the spark plug holes. It’s coolant inside. I want to get this car running but I need to know if the head gasket blown before I go repairs.
If you have coolant inside the combustion chamber, which I think is what you are saying, then you either have a blown head gasket, cracked cylinder head, or in rarer cases an internally cracked engine block.
@chucktobias aw man, so I might have to replace the entire engine? Is it worth it? I got this car completely free. I’m up for the challenge if I have to drop an engine. Can you give me anything to help? Tips?
You could pull the head on the side with the leak and see what's going on.

The starting point here would be to check your battery. When a car starts under jump but not on its own, a weak/old battery is often the culprit. Check to see how old the battery is. It may be to the point that it can't hold a sufficient charge anymore. Also check for loose connections and corrosion around the terminals.
It's possible that the alternator is having issues, but I would eliminate the possibility of a battery issue first. Are you getting any warning lights on the dash?
BTW, that clicking noise may just be the starter solenoid trying to start the engine.

Have you tried pressure testing your fuel pump? Checked for a clogged up catalytic converter? Also buy some fuel injection cleaner from Scotty's friend Bernie. ATS Fuel Injector Cleaner. And watch scotty's video make your car run better with a little spray cleaner on Youtube.
@fishingandcarsenthusiast123 haven’t tried that. I kinda want to get the first problems answered first like the coolant getting into some of the spark plugs on the driver side just because if it’s the head gasket, ima have to replace the engine if it were something like the fuel pump too
