there’s a grinding noise coming from the transmission and it won’t go above 10 mph, I can’t get a straight answer on what it is, whats wrong with it?
Did you scan the vehicle for any codes?
Manual or automatic transmission? If automatic is there enough fluid in it?
My bad it’s an automatic

You didn't mention mileage but from the looks of it, you have internal wear in the transmission. It's going to need replacement soon.
