- It rough idles like its rpm is dropping from 600 to 500 and comes back to 600
- Checked all vacume leaks
- Scanned with obd tool no codes and no engine lights
- Changed new spark plug
- Clean the mass air flow sensor
- But it still rough idles
- Also check the coils of spark plugs thay are fine

Other things to rule out: Did you replace the spark plugs with OEM? Also, did you check your air filter?
And you looked through Scotty’s videos below?

Take a look at your throttle body - deposits there would cause these symptoms. clean as necessary per Scotty's video.
As always, triple check for vacuum leaks.

Clean your idle air control valve with some carburetor cleaner. ChrisFix has a video on it. Best of luck!!
