I own a 2007 toyota camry when im driving down the road i push the gas pedal all the way down , its taking too long to pick up speed . whats happening ?

Also check for basics like a clean air filter, fuel filter & pressure test your fuel pump.

Most likely a clogged fuel filter or a weak fuel pump.
