2008 lexus rx400h, garage kept, 106k miles, clean title, 0 mistake

Hi everyone! I hope you guys are doing well. I bought the 2008 lexus rx400h 2 months ago thanks to your suggestions. However, in these days when I accelerate the car intensively the engine light pop up and when I drive it in the city(going slower) the engine light disappears after a while. Do you think in this case it is enough to clean my air flow sensor or should I buy one from internet, if so where should I check out for it? Thank you for your attention and sorry if I made you miss understood because of my english.

Note there are multiple possible problems which can trigger that code.

Cleaning the MAF sensor with the proper cleaner would be quick and easy. Other than that I would eliminate the other causes before replacing the sensor. The MAF sensor can be tested using a scan tool before replacing it. Only use an OEM sensor if needed.

Thank you for your detailed answer. I will buy a cleaner probably and try it out. I have bluedriver OBD2 scanner and what I said is what the blue driver said. I appreciate it again.
