Hi I hsve honda civic 2011 with 101k kms. Is it normal for the rpm to drop at around 600–700 rpm when I turn the steering wheel All the way in one direction engine is cold, and on Drive Gear. It just do it on Drive while the engine is cold. The ac is also Turned on

Even if the engine vibrates when the idle drops?
At that rpm the engine should not vibrate. Clean the IAC valve and load test the battery and alternator.
I just cleaned the throttle body maf sensor, egr, new pcv valve new spark plugs new purge valve solenoid. It is weord because only on cold start but when reaching norma temp, it does not vibrate anymore and the idle does not drop
The car will vibrate a little because you are adding extra load but it should stop in less than a second.
