Hi my name is akeem I have a 2007 Nissan Altima 2.5 4 cylinder engine with at least 200,000 miles on it. I was wondering if you help me diagnosed and acceleration I was driving at normal speed an suddenly my car drop acceleration power and wouldn't go pass 20-25 mph.

I assume you don't have any check engine light. Check the fuel pressure.
