Hello Scotty I have a 1991 Acura integra gs. It been having idle issues. I have been researching this on the internet and have heard that the Honda engine has this problem. I have replaced the IACV and I adjusted the FITV internal . but I am still getting the up and down in the idle. Please help
The current spark plugs 2 months old new distributor wires, coil same time from and idle issue only been going for a month.
Look for vacuum leak. Change the spark plugs and distributor.

I found in the manual an area called a MAP which are a Combination of vacuum lines with diaphragms that’s it no mass airflow sensor
I replace the whole MAP system no change idle still going up and down in idle.
It sounds like your throttle plate may be crudded up and needs cleaning. How do you not have a MAF sensor on this engine? It's usually located between the throttle body and the air cleaner and is the first thing we look at with idle issues.
