Could I clean my crankshaft and camshaft position sensors to turn off my codes? And if so, what to clean them with?

I see you have a 2014 Jeep Patriot. Which codes are coming up and what are the symptoms you're experiencing while driving?
You can display the codes on the dashboard by turning the key off and on 3 times in a row quickly.

any cheap scanner will clear codes. Scotty has this $40 one in the Tools link on the upper right of this page
