I’m planning on getting a 2017 Toyota Corolla or a 2016 scion iA at a dealership. What do u think? The scion has 64,217 miles with a 1.5L I4 16V GDI DOHC 6 speed automatic engine. While the Corolla has 106,025 miles with a 1.8 liter automatic engine.

If you want a Toyota, go with the Corolla. The iA is actually a rebadged Mazda. Nothing necessarily wrong with it. It’s just not a Toyota.

I would get the Scion. Compared to Corolla, it has much less mileage but more importantly, it has a regular automatic transmission. Make sure your mechanic checks it out before purchase.

Try to find a vehicle from a private party

Please do not put your full question into the title line, that is meant for a short description. Thank you. (Title edited.)

What is the asking price for each of them? In this market there are many instances which buying new is a better choice.

dealership

don't.

2017 Toyota Corolla or a 2016 scion iA

The Corolla is bigger and safer.

The scion should be way cheaper than the 'Rolla.
