infiniti 2002 XQ4
the vehicle was not starting and the security immobiliser light on down p1610 and p1612 and I used a scanner to reprogram the key still the samething pls what's the next step have check all the fuse and relay nothing come up

😀 the vehicle was starting after replacing the key ring immobilizer and reprogram it thanks

Clear those codes first and try to start. Then.....
Since P1612 may have been set during key registration maybe try escaping from Lock Mode first.
If that doesn't work and you want to grab a multimeter to check for Power, Ground, and Continuity at the IMMU and to the ECM let us know and I'll post the test procedures.
In the meantime, here's the wiring diagram if you just want to use it:
