[Solved] Inner or outer CV joints noise?

1995 Accord 5MT 106k km.

There's a loud popping noise when accelerating straight, also makes the car shake a bit. Does it 1st through 3rd gear when applying throttle. If I accelerate very slowly (exaggerated, unreal slow) I can get it up to speed without any noise. When drive at a constant speed or decelerating there's no noise. Going around a corner left or right doesn't seem to make the noise any louder.

It is likely the inner CV joints? They do have a bit of play vertically and horizontally if I jerk them by hand, but I don't know how much is considered normal.

Please no recommendation of "just order whole new axles", as I am in Paraguay and shipping for those alone would be over $300. I would try to get replacement joints locally.
