Intermittent Hard To Start

I have a 2017 Chevy Silverado crew cab, sort bed, 4WD, 1500 truck with a 6.2L gasoline engine with about 29,500 miles. When I am out running errands, there is always one time when I try to start the engine, & the engine turns over very slowly before starting. The voltage gauge on the dash is at 14 volts. What could be the problem?

Also I just noticed when the engine turns over slow & then starts, the power seat doesn't move. So I have to restart the engine then the power seat will move.

I am sure Scotty means LOAD test the battery.

Multimeter test or just reading off the voltage gauge only tells half the story of a battery. A bad battery can still output a good voltage. Get a load test.
