I have a gmc 2000 sierra 1500 SLE and it has 99,876 miles on it. Is there a lot of life left in the car? It's 4x4, V8 engine 5.3L and it has some after-market upgrades. It has a diablo sports trinity 2 I believe, a specter cold air intake, and a flow master exhaust. I'm also not sure if it's a good-lasting truck, I don't use it for work just to drive around and use.

would the mods make it worse?

Great truck, in my opinion that was when GM was on par for the most part. Shouldn’t really have an issue with making it to 300k mi. Just keep fluids and oil clean and replaced Or fix broken parts right away.
