is it normal for my cars oil to look this dark when i only drove 1800 miles to far

2010 accord 4cyl 70k miles

mobil 1 extended 5w20 with mobil filter

smells/feels like oil no gas smell or burning

QUESTION 2: why does it look a little dirt on cover when no leaks and i didnt spill anything could it be dirt?
