Hey Scotty, I just replaced my 2017 Honda Odyssey engine air filter with an STP filter. Does the STP filter perform as well as the OEM?

It would be impossible to say without having the ability to test flow rate, filtration, etc.
OEM filters tend to offer better filtration than aftermarket brands though.
i use a mobil filter with mobil extended every 5k miles never had a problem
STP is pretty good. Same class as OEM
STP have been making automotive products forever, and some are very good (particularly their fuel injector cleaner). I would say they are good filters, just not sure if I could factually say they perform better than or equal to OEM without further testing. Would I recommend an STP filter? Sure. WAY better than FRAM, that's for sure. {black}:laugh:
Interesting graph. I use a lot of aFe filters on cold air intake installs and they flow awesome. Good to see they also filter well.
