I have a 2014 Ford F150 Raptor with 91,000 miles. The transmission fluid has never been changed on the vehicle. I know typically you're not supposed to do a full flush on a high mileage vehicle, just a drain and fill. Recently I have been noticing some slipping happening here and there when going into second gear, but I am not sure if the PCM needs to be reset or if it’s actual transmission slippage. Do you think it is too risky to do a drain and fill on the transmission fluid? Or is it still worthwhile to prolong longevity?

Check the condition of your tranny fluid first, before you go any further. If you do decide to drain & fill, save the old fluid just in case..
