2013 Lexus RX 450H transmission lifetime fluid

Questions surrounding Lexus on lifetime trans fluids. Discussions related to partial drain and fill for high miles (100k+), especially if previous owners have not serviced the transmission. I've heard all recommendations: drain and fill, flush and fill, partial drain and fill (30% to 50%) periodically and do not do anything.  Thoughts?
